Labor Certification
We have extensive experience helping employers file applications to permanently hire foreign workers. First, applications are filed with the U. S. Department of Labor, which then issues a certificate authorizing the employer to hire the foreign employee. Only after this process is complete can the employer submit an immigration petition for the employee. We have had particular success working with employers in the hospitality, construction and high-tech industries to secure labor certification for their employees.
